Catalyzing Impact
One of the core commitments of CityGate is to form people holistically. In a variety of ways, we are all endeavouring to disciple those in our care, not only for their own growth and maturity, but also for the sake of serving others in and through their daily work and beyond. As we’ve unpacked the impact analysis, we’ve learned this is a growth need for CityGate Fellowships. This month, we want to turn that gap into a collaborative learning experience: how can we better help people to serve others through their vocations?
