A national effort funded through a Lilly Endowment grant to identify, produce, and share 250 stories that show the varied ways Christian faith is lived out through daily work.

Closing The ImaginationGap
Work is where most people spend much of their lives, yet many Christians lack a clear vision for how faith connects to daily work, even if they understand God has a vision for work. What does it actually look like in modern jobs and workplaces?
CityGate organizations believe stories are the primary way to close that imagination gap by helping people see how faith takes shape in real workplaces, industries, and cities.
The initiative is designed not only to inspire, but to foster transformation in individuals and communities through stories paired with learning experiences.

The initiative will train faith and work organizations in storytelling and story-based transformation tools so that leaders are prepared to:
Identify stories from diverse workers, industries, and communities
Produce and share stories in multiple formats
